To start with, the instructions were clear and made check in and use of the cabin easy and stress free. The cabin was clean and was true to the pictures and description, minus the fireplace, which was substituted with an electric fireplace. The road is steep, but manageable with a lower sedan even in the rain, and parking was very nice. The cabin sits at the dead end of the road with no cabins at the same elevation or very close by, offering the utmost privacy and quietness. We occasionally heard some hooting and hollering, and later found out the roller coaster was nearby, and was lit up for the holidays, which was very pretty at night! The grill, hot tub, kitchen appliances, and laundry facilities were all in good condition, making a longer, in-cabin stay very convenient. Absolutely beautiful cabin, amazing mountain views, lovely deck and setting, perfect for 2-3 couples, and very close to everything Helen and nearby parks and hiking trails have to offer! Hope to repeat in 2024!
